A few things before we text.

What Neutrino provides
Neutrino is an early prototype for adults to journal meals, training, and body-weight measurements and receive general AI coaching. Nutrition estimates, exercise feedback, and remembered context may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review estimates and correct mistakes. Neutrino does not diagnose conditions, provide medical treatment, or replace a qualified healthcare professional.
Your account
Use a phone number you control. Keep your verification codes private and tell us if you lose access to your number. Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, or emergencies. Public signup is initially limited to supported US and Canadian numbers.
SMS and MMS program
Neutrino sends verification codes to sign you in. You can separately opt into automated coaching replies and optional daily check-ins in Your profile. Consent to coaching texts is not required to use the dashboard. Replies depend on your activity; enabled check-ins occur at most once daily. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from coaching texts. Reply START to re-enable them. Reply HELP for instructions, or use the support form in Your profile for account help. Carrier delivery can be delayed or fail; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Changing a setting may not recall a message already sent to your carrier.
Early access
Features, availability, and usage limits may change as the prototype develops. Messages and processing are subject to daily limits. Keep your own copy of information you rely on. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or accurate AI outputs.
Coaching and reminders
Log mode organizes your journal. Coach adds general feedback in your chosen style. All styles use the same health safeguards; none supports body shaming, severe restriction, purging, or punishment exercise. Safeguards can miss risks or flag something incorrectly. They are not diagnosis, treatment, or live monitoring.
You can request up to five active reminders with texts enabled. Check each confirmed date, time, timezone, and recurrence. Daily and weekday reminders follow their saved local timezone, including daylight-saving changes. A missing daylight-saving clock time is skipped; a repeated clock time is used once. Reminders delayed by more than 15 minutes are skipped. Do not rely on these reminders for medication or emergencies. Cancel reminders in Your profile or by text. STOP cancels active reminders; START enables replies but does not restore cancelled schedules. A coaching style does not automatically increase message frequency.
